This Privacy Policy describes how NoirStage (“NoirStage,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the NoirStage applications, the noirstage.com website, and any related products and services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to the practices described in this Policy.

We collect information you provide and information generated through your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Account information — such as your email address and authentication data when you create or use an account.
• Content and data you create, upload, or submit — such as 3D assets, worlds, scenes, characters, animations, game logic, notes, and related files and metadata. Content associated with your account is transmitted to and stored on our systems as part of providing the Service.
• Usage and diagnostic information — such as how you interact with the Service, feature usage, performance data, logs, and error reports.
• Device and technical information — such as system configuration, identifiers, and network information.
• Communications — such as messages you send to us, including support requests.

We use the information we collect for purposes including, but not limited to:

• Providing, operating, maintaining, and securing the Service.

We use measures designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of any information.

6. Your choices

7. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Policy at any time. Updates are effective when posted. Your continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
